Personal belongings, jewellery and valuable items to be left at home. Comfortable non expensive clothing. No drycleaning will be given in case of damage.

We accept Direct Debit, Cash, EFTPS , Mastercard and Visa (minimum $20). A processing fee of 3% applies to all credit cards, eftpos and cheque accounts. 50% deposit minimum required to secure booking.

Please inform us of your medical condition at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse the treatment in case we fill you are not a suitable candidate. 

No massages in first trimester no skin penetration treatments during pregnancy and lactating period.

By online or instore. Postage and handling fee applicable to online orders. Please allow 3- 5 business days for delivery. 

• Valid for up to 3 years from date of issue. HAIAA is not obliged to honour a gift card or voucher after the expiry date, unless otherwise negotiated.
• Must allow two weeks in advanced  for bookings to redeem to avoid disappointments.
• No-show fees will be deducted from the voucher value at the time of issuance in case of no-show. Any appointments booked with gift vouchers that do not supply 24+hrs notice to reschedule/cancel will be considered redeemed for 100% of the booking value.
• Minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure gift voucher booking. 

Lost or stolen vouchers. 

• Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non refundable  and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• confirm your appointment by replying to our courtesy reminder text sent 2/3 days before or calling us to reschedule
• arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment time ensures your treatment begins promptly allow time to change and you have a chance to relax before commencing
• if you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so we can complete your paperwork
• arrive 15minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in the case of Cosmetic Tattooing treatments to ensure that you receive the full benefit of your treatment.
• if you wish to include additional treatments during your appointment, please contact us 48 hours before your appointment to see if they can be included, or if an additional appointment is more appropriate.

please arrive 15 minutes earlier as late arrival will limit your treatment time . your treatment will end on time so we don’t delay our next customer

• please switch off all electronic devices 
• we don't have child minding facilities. A no-child policy is applicable unless arranged otherwise. 
• Children are not allowed in the treatment room while parents receive treatments  for their own safety and our duties and obligation to meet local and national Health Guidelines Act for infection control and work safety.
• If a child (18 years or under) is receiving a treatment it must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that for some services you must be over 18 years or over. 

• If you require follow up treatments, please book promptly to ensure the most convenient time for you.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If not notified within this time frame or “no show” your deposit or gift voucher will be redeemed as stated in terns and conditions and no refund will be given. 50% cancellation fee is applicable.
